Who We Are

Compass Health Systems is a family-owned, close-knit nationwide provider of educational and therapeutic services and supports for individuals spanning birth to adulthood. Founded by a Special Educator and Behavioral Specialist, Compass Health Systems has a foundation steeped in the philosophy that each individual has their own unique strengths and potential just waiting to be unearthed.

Compass Health Systems is made up of a team of highly qualified, experienced professionals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with needs, whether that be in the early stages of life, within the classroom, or as adults within the home and community setting. Each of our providers seeks to give individuals and their families the tools they need to reach their goals and live more fulfilling, purposeful lives through their clinical expertise and most importantly, the deep desire to effect positive, long-lasting change one individual at a time.

Compass Health Systems recognizes that the journey to overcoming the obstacles of everyday life with any disability, diagnosis, or unique needs can be a long and weary one for individuals and their families. Compass prides itself on building positive partnerships not only with the individuals whom we serve but those who surround them;  family, friends, and other therapists alike, to provide an integrative, team approach. Compass is not only proud of the unparalleled results the individuals we work with experience but most proud of the unparalleled relationships we have fostered throughout the years and continue to. While our services may be varied and offered across a wide, geographic area,  we have never forgotten our local, Northeastern PA roots and make it a point to be involved in local, community activities and to get to know each face that walks through our “doors,” whether in person or virtually. We continue to be humbled that you have chosen our organization to provide care and consistent services to you, your loved one, or organization and will continue to be here as a resource of person-centered, individualized services and supports for years to come.
